Spring City Electrical is pleased to announce its selection as the supplier of LED luminaires for New York City's Central Park re-lighting project. Spring City will supply the New York City Department of Transportation (NYC DOT) with 1,588 LED luminaires starting this summer. The City of New York required a stringent evaluation process as well as a performance specification.

Spring City Electrical is pleased to announce the United States Letters Patent No. 8,104,929 issued on January 31st, 2012. This patent covers the CoolCastTM thermal management system and the CROSSFIRE Optical System of the Spring City LED luminaires line. Personnel from Heatron of Leavenworth, KS were involved with this patent.
Spring City, PA- August 30, 2011 Spring City Electrical is proud to announce our partnership with the Keystone Marker Trust (KMT) to manufacture historically-accurate reproductions of Pennsylvania's iconic, century-old Keystone Markers. Until now, no other foundry could offer accurate reproductions of these once-proud monuments to a time when Pennsylvania led the nation in industrial and technological progress. Originally installed by PennDOT's predecessor, the Pennsylvania Department of Highways, Spring City's markers will be the first new Keystone Markers in seventy years.
In recent years, the towns of Spring City and Royersford have both been involved with revitalization programs which included the addition of street lamps. These lights were manufactured by the Spring City Electrical Manufacturing Company right on Main Street in Spring City. The Borough of Lansdale, Pennsylvania announced their transition to energy efficient LED streetlights and LED illuminated bollards manufactured domestically by Spring City Electrical.
